gonna have you naked by the end of this song...
after my buddy sent me the tour announcement reminder,
i had to find the awesome super bowl performance...
you know the ONE i'm talking about.
i have to laugh just as hard now as i did then...you see worse
things on primetime television. what a waste of time and energy
for the FCC, media, blah, blah to create such a stupid controversy
over this. there was a war going on and still is. get your focus on
priorities that matter. they won't ever admit it, but they enjoyed
the performance.

absolutely worth it
a few weeks back in the keys, old friends who hadn't
seen me in a while made my month. the shirt came off
and the compliments came. they wanted to know how i
have made the gains that i have in bulking up and weight-
lifting...and all of a sudden, the sweat, the hard work feels
like it pays off. i do it for myself, but when someone notices
a change, it helps make everything worth while. even though
i feel i still have a long way to go, i'll get there. i've became
more of an athlete in the past 3 years then i ever have been.
i owe a lot of success to these boys....The Rubin brothers.
Jason and Evan Rubin. They arn't messing around... you are
at their gyms for a purpose and they never let you forget it.
i've shared a lot of laughs and good times and received
awesome guidance that has helped put me where i am today.

an awesome idea for any single MALE or FEMALE.
after countless baby showers, bachelor parties,
kid's birthdays, weddings, engagements...blah, blah, blah
CELEBRATE U!

Carrie and Stanford attend a baby shower thrown by their friends Kyra and Chuck. Upon arriving, they discover that Kyra's house rules include the removal of all footwear, regardless if doing so will destroy a carefully crafted outfit. The evening is pleasant enough, but when Carrie plans to leave the party, she discovers that her brand new Manolos have been stolen. Later, Kyra offers to pay for the missing shoes, but balks when she discovers that they cost $485. Carrie winds up leaving the apartment with no compensation, and a sense of shoe-induced shame. She wonders if she has somehow made a mistake by choosing the lifestyle that she did, rather than the more traditional one chosen by Kyra.
Carrie tries to smooth things over with Kyra, but it seems that the two won't be able to come to an agreement. Carrie then gets a brainstorm... since she's always come through whenever Kyra has registered at a store, then maybe it's time for Carrie to turn the tables. Ms. Bradshaw registers herself at Manolo Blahnik, in recognition of her just-announced marriage to herself. The only item that she registers for is a single pair of the missing $485 shoes, and Kyra finally comes around and replaces the missing Manolos.

good read
for christmas my parents got me "here's what we'll say"
by Reichen Lehmkuhl.
through the day-to-day do this do that, i had started
reading it and was not getting very far. i decided to take
it on my trip to KW and start over and hope to finish it.

i couldn't put it down on the plane...and every chance
i got between having fun and sun, i picked it up.
first off, i am not an avid reader. magazines are about
how long my attention span can handle the job.
i'm more the audio book type...if it can be dowloaded on
my ipod and enjoyed while lifting or cardio, i'm good.
this is something that REALLY hit home. laughs, tears, realization.
i needed this book at this time of my life. heck, i could have used it years ago.
i can use it everyday from now on...and I WILL.
an amazing story. everyone should pick this up or borrow it
from me....just read it!!! mine might smell a little like hawaiian tropic
but won't hender the story and message and encouragement and...
i could go on and on.
thanks mom & dad. you'll never know how much it meant.
